Code of Conduct
TidyDab’s Code of Conduct outlines the expectations we have for all employees and stakeholders. It covers topics such as fair treatment, avoiding conflicts of interest, protecting company assets, safeguarding confidential information, and maintaining a respectful workplace.
Our Code of Conduct is more than a document. It is a living guide that shapes our decisions and actions. All new team members are introduced to the Code as part of onboarding and receive regular refresher training to keep these principles top of mind.
Supplier Standards
We extend our ethical expectations to our entire supply chain. Every supplier we work with must adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct, which sets clear requirements for labor practices, workplace safety, environmental responsibility, and legal compliance.
TidyDab conducts regular assessments and, when needed, audits of our suppliers to confirm that they align with our standards. We believe that strong partnerships are built on mutual respect and shared responsibility.
Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
TidyDab maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for bribery and corruption. We comply fully with all applicable anti-corruption laws and expect the same commitment from our employees, contractors, and business partners.
