We believe the best family products are never finished. We listen, test, adjust, and keep listening. Our Innovation Lab exists to push what’s possible for safe, sustainable, mess-free creativity. We work closely with families, educators, and child development experts to make sure every TidyDab product does exactly what it promises.

Our Research Process

We approach innovation in four key phases: idea discovery, development, testing, and real-world feedback. Every idea starts with a simple question: “How can we help kids create more and parents worry less?”

Our Product Development team, led by Dr. Sofia Martinez, keeps research grounded in real families’ lives. Her team works side by side with Dr. Aaron Kim, Dr. Helen Yu, and our designers like Rachel Nguyen and Alex Green. They run studies, test new materials, and prototype ideas to ensure each product is safe and fun.

Family Feedback at the Heart

The best ideas do not come from a lab alone. They come from kitchen tables, living rooms, classrooms, and backyards. Our Innovation Lab partners with real families who test early samples and share what works — and what doesn’t.

We hold family play sessions, gather honest feedback, and keep testing until a product is truly ready. If kids don’t love it, we go back to the drawing board. It is that simple.

Safe by Design

Every prototype passes through our rigorous safety checks. From Dr. Kim’s material safety research to Lucas Miles in the lab running stress and durability tests, our promise is to protect kids from start to finish.

We work with trusted suppliers who share our standards for non-toxic, child-safe components. We review every new idea to ensure it meets or exceeds global safety guidelines for children’s products.

Building for the Future

Our Innovation Lab doesn’t stop with one idea. We keep a pipeline of future concepts and sustainability experiments. Nadia Shah’s materials research helps us find new recycled or compostable options. Henry Dawson, our Sustainability Officer, ensures every new design keeps waste and footprint low.

We are also exploring new ways families can reuse and upcycle TidyDab products, keeping creativity going without extra clutter.

Community Partnerships

We believe that sharing knowledge helps everyone. Our Lab team partners with schools, parenting educators, and child psychologists to host creative workshops, early testing sessions, and idea exchanges. These partnerships help us keep learning and evolving with real feedback from communities.
